Vehicle Wrap

Full Wraps

We offer full vehicle wrapping.

This is where we change the entire colour of a vehicle to give it
a completely new appearance and to protect the paintwork.

We offer gloss wraps, satin wraps, matte wraps, brushed appearance
wraps and flip colour wraps.

All our wraps are completed in house by Jason and his team and we
only use the best materials available from the likes of 3M, Avery Dennison, and
Oracle.

All our wraps come with a 3-year warranty and guarantee – if
treated correctly and properly looked after a wrap can last 10 years.

We offer door sill wrapping too for an additional fee.

Have a look on our gallery page and social media to see some of
the amazing work we have proudly created. We have 1000’s of different colours
and designs and the only limitations are the ones you set.

The process is always the same and the steps are detailed below.

The first stage of the process is to choose a colour scheme or design. This involves looking through our colour swatches and our library of previously wrapped vehicles to choose a colour and or design to your taste. Here the only limits to your creation is your imagination. Of course we will walk you through the process and give advice based on our wealth of experience.

Once the details have been decided we complete a detailed check in
sheet which is signed by the technician and the customer to ensure all details
are correct and agreed.

Before starting any work on the wrap the vehicle undergoes a meticulous clean utilising specialist vinyl manufacturer approved surface preparation products. This is essential to ensure the area we are wrapping is clear of any foreign object that would be visible under the wrap material when applied to the vehicle.

The next step of the process is to carefully remove any body components such as grills, trims and wing mirrors where viable to do so. This is necessary to ensure the wrap can be applied as seamlessly as possible to enable the closest possible result to a respray.

Once the vehicle is in its wrapping bay the area is heated to ensure
the wrap is applied at the optimum temperature set by the material
manufacturer, this is a very important part of the process.

Next the material is cut to size a panel at a time. We never cut the material on the vehicle to ensure there is no damage to the bodywork. A small amount of trimming work may be required to ensure the perfect paint like finish covering the edges and recesses of the body. In some cases, it might be necessary to use a piecing technique if this is required we will tell you before the work is started.

Vinyl wrap is applied by removing the backing sheets from the material and exposing the specialist vinyl adhesive which is then placed on the panel being wrapped. The vinyl has some room for manoeuvring until pressure is applied once the position in perfect. The vinyl is then heated to a specific manufacturer set temperature at which point the material forms a bond with the vehicles bodywork.

The body components are then refitted to the vehicle and a quality
control check is performed by the technician. The vehicle is then left
overnight and the following morning a process called post heating is started.
This is done at a manufacturer set temperature using a laser thermometer and
this process ensures the longevity of the wrap.

A sign-out sheet is then completed with the customer upon collection to ensure everyone is happy with the finished result.

As a professional company we adhere to the highest standards and
our repeat customers are testament to the dedication and passion we apply to
all of our work.

Roof Wraps

Roof wraps are one of our most popular services. A roof wrap can
completely change the appearance of a vehicle.

Gloss black or carbon are the most popular options and we offer a
stunning gloss carbon material which looks very similar to the real thing to
the untrained eye.

This process usually takes around 3 hours so it’s a quick
modification which can dramatically change the look of your vehicle.

All of our roof wraps come with a 3 years warranty and guarantee
but its entirely possible for a roof wrap to last 10 years if carefully cared
for and maintained.

Speak to a member of the team about the options available for your
vehicle and have a look at our gallery of previously completed roof wraps.

In some cases we can also offer wing mirror wrapping to complete
the look, again speak to a member of the team for specifics and pricing.

Another of our most popular services is dechroming the vehicle. This process involves wrapping over the chrome trims on your vehicle most commonly in gloss or matte black although any colour is possible. This can transform the look of your vehicle.
